The Special Events Coordinator will be happy to assist you with many details of your event. Please let us know of any special requests or needs, and we will do our best to assist you in making your wishes come true!
We will be happy to provide suggestions for any additional rental items you may need, such as table, chairs, linens, china, A/V equipment, and anything else you may need for your event. The Maritime Center also has tables and chairs available for your use, on a first come, first served basis.
The Charleston Maritime Center welcomes your choice of caterers. We will be happy to assist you in selection of a caterer and/or menu planning for your event. Just let us know!
The Maritime Center welcomes your choice of any licensed bartender. We will also be delighted to assist you in choosing from the finest bartending services in the local area.
Parking garages are located within 2 blocks of the facility, as well as metered spaces on Laurens Street. Spaces in the parking lot directly behind the Maritime Center are available on a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed with any rental.
The Charleston Maritime Center has a fully operating marina. Docking of boats at our facility can be arranged with appropriate notice, based on available space. We will be happy to have you work with our dockmaster on fees and availability of this service. This is a great way to exit your wedding in style!
